HR Business Partner for the Regional Sales Headquarters (RSHQ) of Canon Europe which is based in three locations: Amstelveen, London and Venlo. Responsible for the HR processes and procedures within the Venlo location (200 FTE). Employees are working within SCM, Service, marketing, IT, legal, HR, L&D, Finance, Procurement, Demand & Supply planning. My activities: - Sparring partner for (Sr.) management- Further developing and setting up the RSHQ, and integrating the Venlo site within Canon Europe- Outsourcing of IT workforce and activities to Capgemini- Organisational change: restructuring from 300 FTE down to 150 FTE in 2 years, by several RFA projects in close collaboration with the Works Council- Remuneration - Manage the day to day HR cycle- Bridge function between Océ and Canon- Wing man of the site manager- Implemented the Canon Awards in Venlo, a employee recognition programme- Implemented the 'RSHQ Venlo Learning Weeks', an L&D initiative for cross departmental learning

HR BP for the so called Global Logistics Organization (SCM) of Océ. 240 FTE. Sparring partner for (Sr.) Management, implementing HR policies, managing the HR cycle. Special project: worked on the HR side of the integration of the SCM organisation of Océ into Canon EMEA

Recruitment of Fresh Graduates and Young Professionals in area’s like procurement, supply chain management, finance, marketing, software, electronics, mechanical engineering, physics and chemistryFurthermore organizing the business course Talent Quest, organizing the Océ Research Competition, making SCM and Software a 'Center of Excellence' for Océ, contacts and contracts with study associations, selection of a (new) E-Recruitment System, coordinating and participating company fairs, coordinating company excursions and workshops, giving guest lectures at Universities (for example in Competence Management), write and implement plan for Young Professionals within Océ, building and maintaining networks with Universities, brand marketing of Océ, several projects for Human Resource Management.

At Randstad I worked for Randstad Logistics. Randstad Logistics was a new concept that needed to be launched within the labor market of the southern part of The Netherlands. Our goal was to take over recruitment processes, of large logistics companies, for their total logistic population.
