Colleagues describe them as "During the first semester of 2016-2017 the UvA Office of International Student Affairs chose Luuk Louter as one of the Global Exchange Ambassadors, therewith promoting internationalisation of higher education, fostering intercultural understanding, encouraging student exchange and helping us improve our exchange programme.
