As someone who has suffered with a plethora of illnesses, including Adrenal Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Hypertension, CFS, Obesity, etc., I can share with others what I have done, and what they can do, to reverse the state of their health and look and feel better than they can remember feeling. I help people get their sexy back! In addition, I encourage people to share their experience with others so they can feel their best too. While you are improving your health, you will also be helping an undernourished or obese child get the proper nutrition to improve their health as well. Our children are the future... we need to teach them healthy habits which in turn will aid in their decision making which will affect all of us.
