Union Station is a private functions venue that hosts both public and private events, it is based in Kyalami, Johannesburg. I was hired as a Venue & Events Manager to oversee all venue operations including (but not limited to) sales, marketing, events management, venue maintenance and managing of staff.

I was hired as a Centre Manager at Office & Co. to help turn around the serviced office rental business which was suffering from effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and working from home.My role was Sales & Marketing implementing a marketing plan that get us more quality leads and also managing the whole sales process from enquiry to signing up. I managed a staff of 5 people and oversaw the Facilities Management and Maintenance of the building as well.I exceeded expectations and achieved great success with Office & Co. as I left the company with all 3 branches sitting at an occupancy of over 70% with my branch at 93% occupancy, which they have never achieved before.
