My role is a hybrid of UX Designer / UI and front end developer/ SEO and marketing support specialist. My privilege is to walk the creation of products from beginning to the end and help the company with their business profile.I get to work on early stages on products starting with research to establish business or users requirements, technical requirements, then craft program logic by writing user stories, scenarios, creating story boards and interactive wireframes. I use Trello to organise my thoughts, Microsoft Teams Foundation Server to set user stories, use cases and test cases for the development team, Axure or Bootstrap Framework for prototyping, and when it comes to the final stages of building the product, I create final polish / look and feel of the product in Adobe Creative Suite programs - such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign .. etc. Once the final design is set, I work with the developer team to code the applications either on Web platform writing LESS, CSS, Sass, or XAMl for the Microsoft and mobile applications.I designed, developed and maintain the company websites, provide SEO and marketing support by designing and coding marketing emails, utilising content, google analytics and add-word campaigns where applicable.

This was a contract role, my task was to design a Windows application for a team of Swagelok Engineers who perform quality inspections on energy supplying systems - power plants, oil refineries, boat engine rooms… etc.It was an honour to learn how these inspections are carried out by closely working with the Swagelok engineers first by learning the business rules, then establishing user tasks by accompanying Swagelok teams during their inspections (yes, I wore a boiler suit and spent a day in the boat engine room).I created interactive wireframes in Axure, which I continuously tested with my selected users group.After the details of the program were agreed on, I joined the developers team by coding the layout and styles in XAML, using Microsoft UWP technology.

Re-designing the Practitioners Website for England with addition of an e-larning platform for educators and career advisors and providing front end development support on Umbraco (asp.net) platform for the online services team.
