I led the multifaceted development and rollout of a new series of immersive science experiences for Victorian high-school students, including deep-space astronomy and Mars-exploration robotics (rovers). The Committee was responsible for providing advice to the Federal Government on a raft of regional development issues and making recommendations for grant proposals. I specifically focused on economic development policy issues, such as Regional Knowledge-Based Economies.

In this role I developed a trial concept for a new set of Excel-based corporate report templates for use across company functions. I also developed an integrated Environmental Reporting database.

In this varied role, I devised a new content management structure for the Business Development group (from a chaotic jumble of over 5000 folders and 20000 files to a logical and streamlined structure); Worked with a Project Manager to devise a project plan for a Capability Technology Demonstrator project; Assisted a Senior Commercial Officer in a risk management initiative; Made enhancements to the bid process in the company’s Quality Management System
