They closed their first multifamily acquisition (Irving, TX) in September 2016 as owner/operators. They syndicated and operated their second acquisition (Villa La Paz, 77 units, Irving, TX) in November 2017. They acquired 310 units (Maravilla Apartment Homes, Dallas, TX) in November 2018 with a GP team. In August 2019 they were the sole syndicators and operators of another 200 units in Irving (Village at the Crossroads). We believe that in these uncertain times, it is necessary to closely manage and operate each acquisition to care for the property, the residents and maximize investor returns,
