I like to explore and generate ideas and may lose focus or hyperfocus.Since May 2023 I am an ICF coach.As a Digital Transformation Manager, I have been helping companies execute their digital strategies through architecting digital solutions, executing POCs, and facilitating cultural and organizational change. I have led the transformation of a software factory into an agile digital factory as a Digital Factory Manager for two years.In over 15 years as an IT manager, I have gained extensive expertise in digital, building and running enterprise and customer applications and CRM. I have been managing delivery projects, operations, IT vendors, RFP writing, tender processes, contract management, reporting, budgeting, and cost management. I have worked as a Business Analyst, Technical Architect, Project/Program Manager, Team Leader, and unit manager, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, management consultants, system integrators, and development teams.My spoken and written English is excellent.

Side tasks included developing demos to be shown to the sponsors of the research project (upon which the thesis was based). The demos illustrated the goals that were being achieved. I've been working on the project almost alone.The outcome of my work was to let the sponsors decide to fund further research in the project for two more years. A patent has been filed as well.
