I have led the transformation of a software factory into an agile digital factory as a Digital Factory Manager for two years.In over 15 years as an IT manager, I have gained extensive expertise in digital, building and running enterprise and customer applications and CRM. I have been managing delivery projects, operations, IT vendors, RFP writing, tender processes, contract management, reporting, budgeting, and cost management. I have worked as a Business Analyst, Technical Architect, Project/Program Manager, Team Leader, and unit manager, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, management consultants, system integrators, and development teams.My spoken and written English is excellent.
