LUXPAX is a religious education and charitable nonprofit corporation founded under the corporation sole statute of the STATE OF OREGON. For both spiritual and legal reasons, LUXPAX has been conducting eleemosynary activities within a cathedral since before 2006, where the founding officers transmit the values and liturgy of their religion.

I am a crowdfunding donor. I manage investments in a variety of research, innovation, makerspace, arts and career areas. I am experienced in the formation and administration of Oregon charitable, humanitarian and religious education statutory (non-501(c)3) nonprofit corporations. I advise some individuals, households and enterprises to establish their own nonprofit as a practical route to building their business credit.

There's a movement going on. It's happening in the milieu of at least 11 simultaneous evolution/revolutions. These impact every one whether we are working together or not. I am invested and/or working in 11 hybrid businesses, amomg them: cryptocurrencies, 3D printing, ocean habitat engineering/architecture, payment systems, city planning, hemp farming, young careers, space, winning courtroom strategies, and consulting executors of estate.
