Activities include defining team types, behavior and collaboration, defining line management in an agile context, descaling, coaching Product Management roles, etc.

By maintaining an overview of all integrations between PFA’s applications, my main responsibility was to analyze and communicate the effects and risks of new development tasks that span across the application landscape.• Stakeholder management: Analyzing, communicating and presenting service impact to several types of stakeholders on different organizational levels• Dependency management: Illuminating the consequences of a data field change, from the specific schema and WSDL all the way up to service, provider, consumers and applications• Strategy: Strategic service blueprinting and service design with respect to the IT strategy and business needs

Being part of a distributed SCRUM team (Denmark and Philippines), my main responsibility was to collect, prioritize, detail and communicate business requirements.• Stakeholder management: Requirement analysis of the internal end-users and manage-ment of and communication with stakeholders around the organization• Business analysis: Breaking down of business needs to user stories through, e.g., story mapping
