With a strong educational background from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Psychology, Criminology, and Forensic Studies, my journey in professional development has been diverse. Most recently, I served as a Demand Creation Mobiliser at Wits RHI, where my core competencies in community engagement and research skills were put to full use, impacting young lives positively. My ability to convey information clearly and support team activities with attention to detail has been a cornerstone of my volunteering work.At Wits RHI, our team linked adolescents and young women to vital health and social services, creating a supportive environment for service provision. This role required not only dedication but also the ability to drive outreach initiatives, a responsibility I embraced wholeheartedly. My previous tenure as a Telesales Agent honed my customer service and sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
