Thanks to the position project of Bank of Shanghai, I worked as lobby manager, customer managere and teller to get enough experience before entered into the operation management department. These experiences helped me to know clearly how relative departments work and to know how to define each mission's responsibility. That is helpful because as a part of management department, it's important to communicate efficiently not only with my peers but also my superior and subordinate.I also learned how to spend limited time on different work task, how to absorb knowledge of unfamiliar area and some useful statistics abilities in daily work such as making monthly/annually capital requirement plans and targetting exception accounts.
