Luyen managed the inception and growth of a product called Tyze Networks - a private social network that was aimed at facilitating the logistics of caregiving. As product manager Luyen performed targeted user research, worked with stakeholders and a team of developers to roadmap and implement key features.

As part of the Randomlink Team - Luyen integrated the front-end experience of numerous web projects such as; Vancouver 2010 Olympics, Canada Wide Online, Citizen's Bank and the CBC.

Worked with a team of developers, designers and content writers to develop a branded identity for late-night mixed media TV show called ZeD. Integrated various front-end technological components such as dynamic theming, accessibility standards and interacted with online user base to improve the product.

ZeD was one of the first experiments to bridge traditional television with digital production, it integrated thousands of digital works submitted online, short films, and musical acts. ZeD Nominated for an Emmy Award in the Technical Achievement category.As Web Developer and Community Builder - Luyen built ZeD' TV website's front end and managed the community of digital contributors.

Worked on their server-side product, integrating graphical assets into JSP front-end. Worked with the design department and Java development teams to ensure seamless front-end integration, and further coordinated with QA department to ensure product quality.
