• Design and preparing well completion / services works in office in order to ensure the job is designed correctly, effectively and timely.• Supervise offshore works ensure follow designed program• Prepare and review tender or bid documents for selecting contractors. Perform contractor selection procedures / evaluation. (Slickline, wireline, TCP, completion, downhole gauges, coiled tubing, dst ...).• Prepare, collect and analyse data and make reports of Well Completion / Intervention jobs in order to ensure management is kept informed of completed operation record, data and analysis. • Perform post work reviewing / lesson learn and analyis to introduce measures to optimize work procedures, keep history of works/lesson learnt updated for future review/implementation.• Plan groups’ upcoming completion/work over/ intervention work projects. Work with manager and other team member in preparing and monitor annual budget, approved and unplanned work scope to ensure that the expenses are within approved budget. Work with relevant group and prepare work program/budget for upcoming years. Prepare documents for MCM/OCM: plan and actual schedule/expenditure, summary of working result. Expenditure summary/allocation/breakdown from last year for audit.• Work with production/subsurface team for monitoring well performance, troubleshoot and apply intervention work to cope with occurred issues.• General knowledge of in Legal/ HSE/ Finance/Logistics. Strong focus on safety.
