Senior It Network And System Engineer
Current- Implementing, operating and administering: + Network Infrastructure as servers(Dell EMC PowerEdge), routers, L2 and L3 switches, firewalls, IDS, Internet Load Balancer, Bandwidth Control, SAN/NAS, Backup, VPN, Wireless. + Virtualization System (VMWare ESXi and Hyper-V). + Windows System. + Linux System. + Microsoft Exchange System (on-premises and hybrid). + Web Security Gateway, IDS System and DLP System. + Log and performance monitor system (GFI Monitor, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus) + Centralized Antivirus System: McAfee Antivirus ePO.- Taking care over 10 FTTH and 2 Leased Lines at Main Office and make sure 2 Branch Offices have stable connection to Main Office for business.- Coordinating with partner’s IT and customer’s IT to solve problems related to Internet connection, VPN site-to-site connection, the issue of Mail System, the issue of Internet connection.- Applying regulations and policies of ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 for the IT services that are provided in company.- Planning, testing and applying updates and patches for production servers. - Designing, implementing, and testing Backup plans, Disaster Recovery plans.- Designing and implementing Network Infrastructure and Network System as required by IT Manager based on the goal of business. As well as participating in designing and implementing Network Infrastructure and Network System based on the requirements of partners and customers.- Reporting directly to Manager if there are any problems or issues that impact on Network System and discuss to find out the root cause and the final solution to fix the problems or issues if there is any issue with IT Environment.- Planning for researching new technologies to upgrade or apply to Network Infrastructure and Network System to improve the performance of IT Services.- Other tasks and missions assigned by Manager.
