I am bilingual (Spanish and English), I have experience with office duties/ receptionists, Dealing with clients face-to-face, My duties at my past jobs were answering phones,booking/scheduling appointments, writing receipts and or creating invoices, sending/reading e-mails, was acting manager at a previous job when the managers were not in store, I was also key holder and in charge of schedules, doing inventory, filing and working with computers, printing/scanning and making copies.
