Achievements: - I reorganized the Imports area through procedures by department/ bussines and a strengthened communication between the Import area - central warehouse - production - logistics, in order of maintain deliveries/ receptions on time, avoiding extra charges due to truck overstays in the warehouses and extra charges of freight for mistakes in the scheduling and others, achieving to reduce expenses on 45%- I managed the tax exemption by the Ministry of Finance for the import of our fishing boat (it will arrive to Chile on October 2024), exemption approved by Resolution No. 331/2023.

Achievements:I have managed to reduce the budget of the foreign trade department with approximately 37%, through a complete restructuring of the department, adding new companies that provide safety, quality and low-cost services. This allowed me to strengthen the supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries of goods to internal and external customers.
