Working as QA specialist I was able to monitor and provide praise or constructive feedback to sales associates on their weekly sales evaluations. Continuously monitoring to ensure associates were maintaining compliance regulations.

Open, pick up alterations and call customers, set up new merchandize, fulfill any Direct to Customer orders, either over the phone or in person. Help customer find appropriate attire for their function or special occasion. Assist with any customer returns or exchanges. Write hourly sale reads. Follow up with customers. Assist fellow coworkers with any customer complication always using my best judgment.
