Founding President of the East Florida Chapter of the US Nattional Committee for UN Women. In this position, I planned the infrastructure of the Chapter, increased membership and expanded the Chapter from Vero Beach to Miami, fund raised for USNC/UN Women' projects, educated communities on women's issues, advocated for the ratification of treaties such as CEDAW and legislation on child bride and prevention of gender-based violence against women.

Mentoring Center and Mentoring Programs● Participated with stakeholders in the planning, development and implementation of the Mentor Center of Palm Beach County● Participated in the Mentor Center strategic plan(s).● Developed the initial multi-level model for the Mentor Center● Provided consultation for a Quality Improvement System (QIS) for mentoring. Parenting Center of Palm Beach County● Participated in the implementation and strategic planning of the Parenting Center of Palm Beach County. Programming: ● Developed logic models for after-school care programs serving over 6,000 children attending elementary, middle school and special needs; 9 Mentoring Program; and Teen Pregnancy Prevention and Legal Advocacy Programs● Conducted formative and summative evaluation and produced reports for stakeholders’ decision making and programs refinement.● Created protocols and conducted observations, interviews and focus groups. ● Provided technical assistance and ensured transfer of knowledge to provider agencies.● Participated in the development of a QIS system for After School. ● Organized and lead the Youth Development Summit for After School. ● Produced individual programs quarterly reports on data quality and data timeliness.● In collaboration with the Parent Center of Palm Beach County, Florida, surveyed parents perceptions need, satisfaction and quality of after-school program. (2003) and Children’s perceptions of parental involvement.

Worked on women's suffrage by assisting women to register to vote. Worked with Supervisor of Elections' Office. Participated in campaigns to advocate for "Equal Pay" and "Participation of Girls in Hard Sciences and Sports." Delivered Washington updates to Branch members and engaged members in congressional call days.
