 Provide mobile device support via Airwatch Mobile Device Management tool Assist in organizing, directing and controlling new engagement requests as well as projects between the IT teams and end users. Create, follow up and close Remedy Force tickets on a timely fashion (approximately 100/week) Coordinate and deliver products and services, within the US and Canada. Provide proactive adequate customer support and help in coordinating meetings with customers to ensure overall quality. Maintain good vendor relationship with internal and external vendors. Process order requests for software, hardware and services. Create Purchase Orders (PO) via ERP system. Track processed orders and provide updates to end users. Schedule and configure mobile devices during mass deployment Maintain clarity and accountability of all mobile billing (1,500 ATT, 100 Verizon, 450 Bell – Canada) Generate and maintain mobile monthly billing reports, distribute within the different departments in the company. Provide technical administration for wireless admin accounts, create and remove users Receive software licenses requests and track the end-users allocated to the licenses. Maintain the database used to track the Fiscal Year expenses, by entering each invoice received Collaborate on projects, such as office move and relocations. Collaborate to coordinate and schedule software push/installation, using tools like SCCM. Collaborate to coordinate hardware deployment as part of mass project deployment. Closely work with the infrastructure team to create a process to monitor the use of licensed software and maintain an updated software audit.
