I always make sure to not only help with a smile, I ensure everything, including the work area, looks great! Even in a fast paced environment, it's important to take the time and focus on your customer.The secret? Treat your customer, your guest, the way you would want to be treated if the tables were turned!Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than knowing my guest is happy. I have always been customer focused, gravitating to the service and retail industry. I was in retail a total of about 16 years, giving me plenty of customer service and supervisory experience. Technology doesn't scare me either; I have A+ Computer Repair training under my belt and quickly catch on to new software and hardware.I am a firm believer that every day is a chance to learn something new. I take any and all training available to me so I remain current and to be better able to communicate about different products to customers. There is nothing worse than saying "I don't know" to a guest.When I'm not learning something new, I am creating; I like knitting and needlepoint. Very zen activities. I am also a huge sci-fi fan. Science fiction in my opinion, is a genre that makes one think about endless possibilities and what can be.
