As College coordinator, I led a team of 30. This role required me to be the Red Frog representative in all University Hall and University of Western Australia events. The job that Red Frogs would do consisted of crowd control, pastoral care, event planning and student welfare. Another vital part of this role was to sit in the planning meetings with University and college staff, student bodies and students to ensure that both the Organising Committee and Red Frog team would work well. One highlight was to attend the National Association of Australian University Colleges (NAAUC) in Brisbane, where most of the residential colleges in Australia were represented, both student leaders and staff, to learn from each other.Another highlight was to be part of the core leadership team that planned the Red Frogs involvement in Leavers 2018, the leadership team oversaw a team of 80 volunteers and supported 8000 high school students.

In my Internship, I was working under the recruitment team for IT resources. I learnt how to draft letters to both the company that I was recruiting for and the potential employees. A valuable skill that I picked up learning how to find the ideal fit for the company through analysing on their Job Description and translating that into interview questions that I conducted to the potential employees to ensure a good fit.
