• First point of contact for clients investing in Fidelity’s Luxembourg UCITs fund range - responsible for the Iberian & LATAM Markets• Provide support, guidance and to assist in resolving any queries that my clients may have; take ownership of every customer interaction to ensure that enquiries are resolved in a timely manner with a quality of response that continually exceeds their expectations • Handle Client Communications - corporate actions, distributions, mergers, regulatory information, reporting etc. • Manage AML / KYC queries and ensure timely documentation gathering for periodic reviews • Chair the pipelines meeting for my responsible markets & service call with my clients. • Handle swift contingencies, deal corrections, deals not in good order.• Provide assistance / assume team leader role in absence. • Maintain a sound understanding of the legal, compliance & regulatory requirements of relevant markets & business products and procedures• Liaise with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure that the market goals and service standards are consistently delivered in line with existing policies and procedures.

• Monitor companies on all the Markets of the ISE for ongoing compliance with relevant ISE rules books and EU securities legislation (e.g. Transparency Directive, Market Abuse). • Review of financial accounts, companies’ announcements and circulars. • Review equity listing applications and implement AML/KYC requirement • Investigations into suspected breaches of the ISE rules books• Liaise with sponsors, listing agents, service provider and companies regarding compliance issues. • Liaise with the Central Bank regulator regarding operational (e.g. suspensions) and regulatory matters related to listing, trading and EU securities legislation. • Maintain up to date knowledge/understanding of key regulatory and capital market developments and where relevant support the implementation of the continuing obligations to ensure that it remain fit for purpose.• Support ISE rules books development.

• Indexing of debt, funds and equity documents and entering of data into XT (the ISE system for processing listing applications) • Allocate debt, funds and equity listing applications to team members • Review and process Final Terms relation to debt securities base prosecutes • Preparation of reports, listing and admission to trading notices• Processing of invoices and maintenance of bulk accounts for customers • Liaise with the Central Bank and listing agent to ensure the suitability of Final Terms for listing on the ISE Markets• Coaching new members on the administration role, providing training and advice to resolve issues on a daily basis.
