I started my career in HR by building the HR function and managing all HR operations at a healthcare agency in NYC. Within the first 3 years, enabled company growth from 30 to 300 and implemented of HR programs and benefits which increased employee engagement and retention by 90%. In 2012, I joined CDW, IT Solutions provider, to support 5 East Coast offices with 1500+ employees. Emerged as a top performer, nominated and selected as an Emerging Leader in 2016 by HR Executives. Promoted to Manager to support HR operations for the Corporate business unit, enabling and empowering the sales organization to drive meaningful business and talent strategies. Transitioned to support the Public-sector business unit to continue to influence and align strategies that drive business results and exceptional coworker experiences. In 2019, I supported CDW’s Integrated Technology Solutions organization and led the integration talent engagement workstream for acquisitions enabling engagement, commitment and coworker satisfaction, along with rapid growth. In 2021 I took an exciting assignment to lead the HR team for CDW Canada with intent to continue to transform HR. The culmination of these experiences lead to an HR Consulting Assignment in leading organizational effectiveness efforts across the enterprise.
