Responsibilities:The over all objective is to implement B2B Commerce Stores for Lightning. Among other things I have done:- Create and configure the Store so the implementation can be started. Making sure that the products are displayed correctly for every type of user included the guest user.- Create the back-end logic to display the catalog, manage my account information, display orders and their details, participate in the custom checkout implementation including integrations that validate inventory, and also in building the home or landing page.- Implementing Einstein Bot with a mix of custom and standard functionalities.- Implementing Knowledge for the store.All this using LWC, custom CSS, standard components, Apex, Triggers, Flows and more. Being the back-end my really strength.In addition to the technical aspect, I have also led teams, manage the communication with the client from the very beginning of the project and execute deployments between environments. Also execute the go live and finally support the client on the firsts weeks in production.As a last note, all my projects have been done with USA clients and all the communication inside and outside the team has been carried out in English.

Responsibilities:Participate actively in the discovery and the design when needed. In the implementation stage I have worked configuring Salesforce, creating new objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, visual workflows, among others. In the development part, I have worked with Apex creating Triggers, Web Services, Batch processes, Lighting components, data migration. I have also worked in the deployment and support when going live with the solution. Working closely with the client is a daily task, as well as dealing with difficult situations that involve conflict solutions.My job has been mostly remotely working on projects in Ecuador, Peru, Dominical Republic, Brazil, Mexico and The USA. The cultural interchange has been key in my professional and personal growth.

The main task involved implementation into Opcon/xp of the automatic processes of an important retail company. The processes were executed through WFLs which were scheduled on a daily basis and were carried out within a single execution thread. The objective consisted of taking these processes and subdividing them into individual tasks that could be controlled and monitored through Opcon/xp. These processes were executed using the MCP operating system, requiring basic knowledge of this environment for operation, task monitoring, manual process execution, and process execution tracking for diagnostic and error detection purposes. The performance of this task required the creation of the corresponding records in the database, modification and creation of Cobols, modification and creation of WFLs and creation and modification of every process implemented in Opcon/xp. Interaction with the customer and the promotion of teamwork at every step of the way during implementation, monitoring and support of the test and production environments, were critical for the success of the entire process.
