In this company, I’m an over-the-phone medical interpreter, although a percentage of my calls are insurance and bank calls as well. It really helped me expand my vocabulary in the english language, and how to use the correct tone to convey the message as better as I can, among other skills.

In this job, my tasks included sending and receiving emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages. I communicated professionally with the company's clients, resolving their questions and guiding them through administrative processes when needed. I also handled the Microsoft Office suite. I used schedules and organizational tools. I solved problems by thinking outside the box. I organized digital files and entered data into the company's software.

En este trabajo me encargaba de vender productos de ferretería, plomería y gas. También respondía a las dudas de los clientes y los guiaba cuando pedían mi ayuda con algún producto. Llevaba cuenta del stock y avisaba cuando faltaba algo. Ocasionalmente creaba piezas gráficas para redes sociales y además cobraba en la caja.

En este trabajo era responsable por tomar turnos, organizar la agenda semanal de mi jefe, limpieza del local y resolver consultas y preosupaciones de los clientes.
