Community worker and business administrator. I specialise in working with vulnerable groups, refugees, and people with disabilities. I have designed and implemented strategies, therapies, and support services for mental health, migrants, and people with a range of requirements to assist them reach their goals, such as employment and entrepreneurship. As a facilitator, I use art to coordinate and supervise work plans established for the NDIS, creating spaces where people may create and play, and then enhance their mental health. Throughout my professional career, I developed experience working with multidisciplinary teams, problem solving, adaptability, and understanding the people-centered approach.
