Over the past 8+ years I have supported clients throughout the United States in understanding their specific travel needs and provided guidance on best practice in supporting the needs of their organization.Business travel is a complex industry which has multiple suppliers coming together to try and provide a cohesive experience for the traveler.The reality of travel is that even when all suppliers align perfectly and offer what would be the perfect trip that things outside of business control come into the picture and provide friction to the traveler. When travelers are affected on a trip, the value of the trip suffers.
