Main responsibilities & Projects developed:• Reporting and support (strategic and project management advice) to the Managing Partner;• Analysis and Audit of Startups (Angola), adjusting accounting models and accounts;• Development and implementation of Management Control Systems, optimization of resources (Restructuring) and support in financial management decisions (Financing, Debt Negotiation);• Support in Purchase / Sale of companies and M&A (Business Plan, Valuation, InfoMemo);• Elaboration and submission of Internationalization Projects (Portugal 2020).

Main responsibilities & Projects developed:• Report to Management / Brazil;• Financial and Administrative Management of Group companies GERMED and EUROGENUS;• Financial and Commercial Controller of GERMED Europe companies: Portugal, Spain and Italy;• Reporting and coordination of the areas of Accounting, Treasury, Fiscal, Logistics / Distribution;• HR Coordination: Labor Relations, Hiring, Dismissals and Labor Court;• Supervision of the Commercial Policy: Discounts, Rappel and Bonus;• Representative before the Inspections, Courts and in the relationship with Auditors and Lawyers.

Main responsibilities & Projects developed:• Report to the Administration;• Budget and Financial Controlling of the 6 countries of the Group's South American market;• Elaboration, coordination and follow-up of the triennial Strategic Plan;• Root development with implementation of Analytical and Management Accounting in the Group: permanent inventory, costing of sections and costing of manufactured products;• Coordination of Certified Accountant’s work and Annual Reports (Statutory Auditor);• Premium calculation and discussion with the Commercial Direction and the Marketing Direction;• Coordination of "CIPAN harmonic operation" and Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

Main responsibilities & Projects developed:• Report to the Chief Financial Officer;• Elaboration of the Annual Budget with presentation to the Iberian Administration;• Responsible for monthly Reporting and quarterly control, encompassing the Financial (Exploration and Balance Sheet), Economic and Commercial (Orders analysis, Prices and Statistics) aspects;• Monthly analysis of Works (Costs and Deferrals, Direct Costs adjustment) with Commercial area;• Investment analysis;• Calculation of Variable Remuneration and Reward for each employees.

Main responsibilities & Projects developed:• Report to the Director of Inspection;• Realization of Operational Audits for Administrative and Accounting Control;• Conduct of Management Audits to evaluate the performance of managers;• Analysis on the application of parameters of efficiency and economy through Performance Audits, aiming at the quality of information and the credibility of the organization

Main responsibilities & Projects developed:• Report to the Manager and D.F.P. - Direction of Financial Participations C.G.D.;• Creation and integrated development of the Management Information System with Tableau de Bord, responding to requests from the Administration of C.G.D. and D.F.P.;• Responsible for Analytical and General Accounting;• Elaboration of the Annual Plan together with the Administration.

Main responsibilities & Projects developed:• Report to the coordinator of Transnational Business Cooperation (BC-NET network, EUROKOM);• Management of requests for cooperation, supported by economic-financial analyzes.
