Nutrition undergraduate student at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) and scientific initiation student in the project on Maillard Reaction Products (PRM) in foods for family planning and consumption. It will also determine the influence of physicochemical parameters and cooking methods on the formation of these compounds and the impact on inflammation in adipocytes operating in the laboratory in 2022-2024. I also participated in the scientific initiation project on the Assessment of the potential for consumption of foods based on non-conventional food plants (2020-2021) and Characterization of the fruits of endemic cacti in the Brazilian Northeast (2021-2022).I have experience in laboratory analyses of physical-chemical Characterization, bioactive compounds, and antioxidant activities. As well as in the analysis of data to prepare a scientific article.Learning new languages ​​is one of my favorite hobbies. I have a certificate in intermediate-level English (B1), intermediate-level Spanish, and basic-level French. I am dedicating myself to French, and next, I will deepen my basic knowledge of Italian.
