My professional journey began with a Civil Engineering degree at FEUP, where I took on challenges and adapted to new realities. Experiences abroad, like Erasmus, the internship in Ecuador after finishing my masters, and my first experience as an Engineer in Dubai, exposed me to diverse cultures and methodologies, broadening my perspective both personally and professionally about people, work environments and ways of thinking the world.I’ve worked in Portugal and Dubai as a coastal engineer, contributing to significant projects that sharpened my problem-solving skills. Eager to evolve, and driven by a passion for learning, problem-solving and the world of Data, I took on the challenge of a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Analytics at NOVA IMS. This was both demanding and exciting, offering me the opportunity to pivot into a new career. Now, as a Business Intelligence Analyst, I’m passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful decisions, blending my engineering background with my love for analytics.
