I am a Spring 2023 Applied Physiology and Kinesiology graduate from the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida. Throughout my academic and work experiences, I have gained an in-depth interest in neurorehabilitation, and that is the field where I will direct my next career choices. In the past year, I have worked on two extensive research projects that explore the effectiveness of two exercise modalities (high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity continuous training) that have recently gained wider popularity due to their promising health effects.Passion, perseverance, and high-quality results are at the core of my work ethic. I value effective team communication, time management that allows us to achieve the goal in a healthy way, and work that is performed with respect for all people, nations, cultures, and the environment around us.So far, I have directed my life journey with the belief that if I can dream it, I can do it. My self-motivation and never-ending will to explore and achieve the best I can with what I have and where I am have allowed me to live in different parts of the world and meet people from all over the globe. My future aspiration is to contribute to improving health care and systems as much as worldwide, also locally, and at an individual level.
