• In this position I was responsible for Zeeman's non-textile product range. Responsibilities:
• Purchase/development of the assortment in toys, shoes, paper goods, greeting cards, DIY and creative articles.
• Develop an OTB/buying plan, together with the buyer and the merchandiser.
• Master the supply chain.
• Briefing stylists about designs and assortment.
• Analyse sales results and market-developments in order to anticipate.

• In this position, I was the point of contact for all stake holders regarding the buying department. I represented the buying department in all kind of projects within Zeeman.
• I’ve created and managed a team of 5 administrative buying assistants.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the Purchase Order Portal. Also Key-user for this computer system.
• Development and implementation of a new article structure for the purpose of the Zeeman e-commerce environment.
• Buying, developing and implementing the Zeeman company wear collection.
• Buying and developing Zeeman goodies and give-aways.

As buying assistant I was responsible for ladies, children’s and men’s apparel and accessories. My responsibilities where: creating style sheets and size specs and approving samples, packaging and lab dips. Finally I was responsible to manage the critical path of production and delivery.
