Because of previous work with Strength 4 Fencing The owner approached me to ask if I was willing to help Strength 4 Fencing increase its online presence on (mainly) Instagram. Since the Olympics were coming and Strength 4 Fencing was preparing to make a large marketing push they needed extra hands. I was very happy to be asked and to be included in this project.Managing Social Media is something I started doing more in recent months and thus I have become quite good at that aspect of marketing by now. This developed skill allows me to use the timeframe I have per week quite effectively and efficiently.

During my time at the Minor Future of Esports I came into contact with the people at H20.Having a great passion for gaming I decided to want to discover what working in the field feels like.Very excited for this venture and I hope that it leads to something good.

I started helping kids discover the amazing sport of fencing alongside my fencing coach, after doing this for a couple years I am now, August 2022, very proud to say I am teaching this class by myself. Besides this I also coach and help kids when they go to tournaments. Teaching them how to win with passion and lose with pride and their heads held high.

My time at A One Man Army, although short, was a very fun and educational experience. Scheduling a whole month of matches and tournaments is more complicated as the amount of professional teams playing for you increases it turns out. Keeping track of who is playing when and in what league and which division was very fun and very busy.Wokring with the A One Man Army team was so fun. everyone was driven and passionate about the same thing. Bringing the best to the table and performing as best as they could. This inspired me to work harder than I have worked so far.Esports has become a big passion over recent years and exploring the landscape of esports at this company was a great eye opener to how fun and interesting this field truly is.

After completing an internship with Strength 4 Fencing i was offered the wonderful opportunity to continue working with the company throughout the summer.I grabbed this opportunity with both hands and worked really hard, an effirt I no longer was able to offer at the start of my third college year.

After meeting the owner of Strength 4 Fencing I knew I wanted to work along side him and help develop the company with him.Being responsible for doing research in the market we were trying to reach and in developping the product we were trying to sell taught me a lot about how a market functions and how a customers view on your company coukd determine a sale.Definitely looking forward to working with them further!
