Negotiated new and extended scope in design and build projects, coordinating engineering process, handling construction management, sub-contractors and leading superintendent activities of multiple projects including procurement, construction logistic, Schedules , RFIs, change orders, purchase order, risk and job safety analysis, installation logistics, rigging plan and general coordination with client, sub-contractors and providers including quality control and verification of all equipment and materials bought in US, Europe and Latin Americas.

Coordinate steel installation and civil works for pre-heating tower (130-meter height) including cyclones equipment, on charge of quality control during erection process and control the short-term schedule, day-to-day operations on the construction site with the subcontractor parties.
