We then hosted 19 events in the 19 municipalities of Brussels where we cross-checked the results and further developed what needed to be done in Brussels. It gathers annually 400 participants from Europe and beyond, who are invited to put into practice a very diverse set of skills such as entrepreneurship, marketing, negotiation, strategy or eloquence. My role was to foster and secure current and new partnerships with renowned companies. As the intermediate between the partners and the organising team, I was responsible for the day-to-day handling of the partnerships. During my activity, we have secured 9 new partnerships over 16 in total. Most of them are long term and we raised nearly 40% more than the previous years. Our product has been validated by the experts, stating that we were solving a real issue with a simple and ingenious product. Our goal was to supply the hospitals, which implied minimizing the costs of production to keep the final price as low as possible. Our team won the first prize. The jury was consisted of independent experts in each domain - IP, design, business and engineering - and the professors who followed since the beginning of the project.
