Responsible for several projects... including
* Boutique Hotel 5***** Lisbon - Integration on Hotel staff for post-expansion reorganization, with the elaboration of procedures, planning, selection and training of employees, among other operational needs.
* Eco Resort Maldives Opening – Construction Support, preparation of standards and procedures.
* Hotel Opening - Construction monitoring, acquisition of operational material, definition of the operational strategic plan (standards, procedures, F&B concept / restaurant menu, marketing and communication), staff recruitment and selection, training of teams.
* Airport Hotel – Forecasting the economic viability of the hotel unit (double concept: Budget + Midscale) to be built next to the airport, identifying and selecting international hotel groups potentially interested in branding and operating the unit.
* Student Residence in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area – Feasibility study and location identification for the installation of the unit carried out.
* Historic house conversion project – Transformation for operation as a hotel / tourism-housing unit.
* Other projects.

Reporting to the board and the group operations manager, I was responsible for the overall direction of the Vila Galé Ópera. Planned and developed the business according to the Group's goals for the hotel, in terms of Accommodation, F&B, Events and SPA, conceived and implemented the organization of events such as brazilian feijoada, brunch, opera night, theme nights, among others.

Reporting to the board, I was responsible for the overall direction of the unit with the planning and development of the business (negotiation and definition of sales channels, preparation of annual budgets). I designed, developed and implemented the Hotel's preventive maintenance plan. Proceeded to the total hotel renovation with the same running.

Representation and replacement of the hotel GM. I was also responsible for supervising the entire F&B department, with the focus on managing, training and motivating employees and implementing the HACCP plan.

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, I was responsible for promoting and monitoring the hotel events.
