Working with several ECM/EDMS associate consultants we contract with our clients to provide Electronic Document Management and Electronic Content Management Systems based on the OnBase Software platform.

As a Team Lead, I oversee the implementation of customer driven Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects. Management and execution of the Network Help Desk and Telecom support (100 Seats) I created a helpdesk system to identify, quantify and prioritize incoming IT service requests. Project Management responsibilities including, implementation of Voice/Data circuits, NT/2000/03 servers, HP,3com and SMC switches. Implementation and ongoing support of EMC CX300, CommVault, Backup Exec. NT/2000/03 servers, Exchange 2000/03, Active Directory, Citrix, Canon, Ricoh & DMS systems.

Responsible for Management of the Network Help Desk and Telecom support. including Internet and Wan frame relay connectivity, PVC, VPN, etc. My team and I created a hybrid private network to exchange information with our clients. Project Management and implementation for, SAN Works, Intranet site, Novell and NT servers, Cisco routers and switches, Cheyenne Arcserve, Faxserve, Innoculate IT Netware 4.X Groupwise 5.x. Designed a disaster recovery planning for the entire IT infrastructure within 24hr, (12 hr if needed). Managed/planned full life cycle IT projects (budgeting, planning, design, development, implementation, support). Successfully maintained up to date technology through careful planning and utilization of resources. Responsible for manpower utilization and career path development for staff, I monitored utilization levels of IT staff to be sure the company was being serviced appropriately.
