I analysed all client data, undertook a full review of the current database, systems and processes allowing me to propose a series of improvements that would facilitate business growth. Phase one is complete and has already yielded an increase in client data by 50%, with phase two set to deliver a further 50% increase.

As the Programme Development Manager for the National Lottery-funded Aspire project, I led, launched and delivered the programme. The programme aimed to increase diversity at board level in the VCSE sector. I developed a detailed project plan with time schedules, resources, recruitment process and stakeholder management of all partnerships, including trustees, VCSE organisations, qualified facilitators and the funder. Additionally, I created a launch strategy to drive engagement and presented a stronger case for widening future investment and fundraising opportunities. I organised and delivered two webinars to recruit the participants and devised a detailed approach to recruiting VCSE candidates and organisations. My efforts proved successful, as the project exceeded the set targets, and the organisation increased the number of participants by 25%. Undoubtedly, the Aspire project garnered great enthusiasm in the VCSE sector.

Successfully opened new offices in Boston and Switzerland with a trebling of sales revenue between 2016 to 2019.

Engaged (by same Headteacher at Holy Cross due to previous success) as Consultant, I reviewed the current processes / procedures and went on to design and roll out new performance based KPIs adhering to inspection guidelines. KPIs included, Personal Planning, Planning Meetings, Managing and supporting staff. Succeeded in significantly improving all aspects of the school’s management performance.

Holy Cross Primary School had recently been awarded a Grade 4 / Special Measures at OFSTED inspection. I joined as a Consultant to substantially improve all aspects of the school, in-particular Safeguarding / Health and Safety. I analysed current OFSTED report in conjunction with current school procedures; highlighted omissions and poor procedures / policies against inspection framework; developed new procedures / policies adhering to inspection standards; and supported training of staff in new process / procedures. The school succeeded in achieving Grade 2 / Good at re-inspection.
