Responsible for both planning and marketing execution for firm wide events including Board of Directors Meetings, Due Diligence Meeting, Sales Meeting, Webinars.

· Manage day-to-day relationship with our money management firms (responsible for six accounts).· Leverage use of our money management firms resources with wholesalers.· Manage requests for portfolio managers and value added speakers.· Coordinate quarterly conference calls with our money management firms and responsible for promotion and follow-up.· Develop co-branded marketing pieces with ou money management firms.

· Develop marketing pieces, including brochures, mailers, postcards, flyers, and print advertisements.· Create target lists for mailings, and sending of blast faxes.· Manage quarterly updates of sales literature.· Maintain internal database of all marketing materials.· Communicate with wholesalers and home office employees regarding marketing material and Trimester campaigns.· Review sales literature with compliance and legal staff to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FINRA)

· Answer phone calls regarding features, benefits and advantages for annuity products and mutual funds.· Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations.· Place supply orders for marketing material.· Follow-up with representatives with answers to questions or to make sure information was received and understood.
