Senior Manager Of Workforce Development
CurrentIn this role, I am responsible for ensuring our employees have access to the tools and resources they need in order to reach their maximum potential. This includes, but is not limited to:• Managing professional development programs as it relates to technical and professional growth• Creating and developing partnerships with STEM training facilities, boot camps, universities, code schools, and Veteran programs to deploy candidates into new careers• Oversee projects, programs and communications to add support and value to TSG’s consultant base• Managing the Women in Business program for internal employees• Interacting regularly with business functions across the organization to understand current talent programs and determine if aspects of those programs could be expanded across the organization• Managing our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy• Supporting our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee with programming throughout the year for internal employees and consultants• Facilitate and support internal Employee Resource Groups
