•Authorized for switching, isolation, linking and earthing for system voltages not exceeding 11kV•Authorized for switching operations at CEC substations for system voltages not exceeding 66kV.•Authorized to operate and maintain SCADA system.•Supervision of LV and HV electrical maintenance works.•Preparation of energy billing records for the New Smelter.•Issuing of work permits for electrical works involving system voltages not exceeding 11kV.•Carrying out weekly test runs on 11kV New Smelter back-up diesel generators.
