As a Management Advisor for the Director of the Corporate division (responsible for the largest and most complex group of customers with businesses all over the world), I was a trusted advisor in different strategic, operational and management related matters. Therefore, important skills were the highest level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality. - Be a part of the management team and drive management activities from meetings, presentations, communication, reporting, workshops, offsites, HR processes, etc. - Build and sustain internal and external stakeholder relations.- Attend meetings on behalf of the Director as his placeholder whenever needed.- Actively be a part of the continuous strategy process.- Effectively structure material to allow easy decision-making. - Contribute with creative ideas for concepts and follow them through.- Write engaging stories and frame them for different groups and channels.- Assist in negotiation processes.- Plan and drive initiatives contributing to a strong employee satisfaction, fx as the "Happiness President" leading a group of Happiness Ambassadors.

In this position my responsibilities were pretty much alike the ones above, however; in this position I was the trusted advisor for both the Director of TJM as well as the Director of Tryg's Partner division. It was a really interesting position where I learned a lot from both Directors and their respective management groups - TJM being a relatively small insurance company within Tryg and Partner having a department in both Denmark and Norway with different office cultures and business opportunities and challenges.
