Responsible for leading and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive degree program enrollment, enhance awareness and reputation, and contribute to the overall success of the university; developing a KPI framework to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness; creating innovative solutions for partners in academic and administrative leadership across the university.

Project engagements for universities and related organizations focused on marketing, content strategy, and student recruitment. Frequent contributor to The Economist's Executive Education Navigator blog, covering trends, tools, and techniques for business management, leadership, innovation, and personal development.

Directed the successful recruitment of inaugural Full-Time MBA class cohort representing 16 nationalities. Creation of overall international enrollment strategy; ownership and oversight of advertising concepts and media buys, email campaigns, on-site and virtual recruitment events, digital and print collateral, video production, social media communications. Provided strategic marketing support and campaign management for Executive MBA program.

The Brenn-White Group helps universities, government agencies, and related companies and organizations around the world respond to the increasing globalization of higher education by optimizing their international strategy and marketing communications. Clients include more than 40 major European and North American universities and business schools as well as higher education organizations including the Institute of International Education (IIE), The Chronicle of Higher Education, CampusFrance, the City of Tel Aviv, and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Created and expanded institutional academic and research partnerships with North American universities and companies; secured a grant from the German federal government to launch a German-American summer program for doctoral students; served as a first point of contact for students and academics in North America seeking contact with the university; provided support and information to RWTH students, researchers and alumni in the US and Canada.

Managed seed-funding and program supporting the creation of short-term study abroad programs at German universities; oversaw all organization websites, newsletters and press releases; directed DAAD alumni relations in North America, including large-scale conferences and events; launched and managed DAAD Research Ambassadors program

Copy-edited entire magazine each month; wrote feature articles and authored bimonthly English language-exercise booklet; managed more than 30 international correspondents as well as the content of the magazine website
