Managed the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) Community and Faith-based Organizations Technical Assistance (TA) contract and provided technical assistance on the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) Access to Recovery (ATR) contract.Project Management• Managed day-to-day activities including reviewing and approving TA requests, supervising TA coordinators, and hosting numerous regional and national meetings.• Developed processes and procedures for identifying, planning, and implementing training and technical assistance events for faith-based coalitions.Training and Technical Assistance/Program Development• Assessed needs, identified, coordinated and provided TA on several topics including: grant implementation, client outreach and recruitment, recovery coaching, marketing, recovery-oriented systems of care, strategic planning, and sustainability.• Advised the following grantees in ATR 2 (2008-2010), Iowa, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Missouri; worked with New York, Arkansas, Oregon, Iowa, and the California Rural Indian Board in ATR 3 (2014-2014) and Iowa, Illinois, and Idaho in ATR4 (2014-2017).Resource Tool Development• Led team developing publications and webinars focused on prescription drug abuse, developing information graphics to market ATR program success, and ATR program closeout.

Served as a grant reviewer for the following grant programs: Families in Focus Project (2013), Culturally Competency Treatment Project (2010, 2014), Medication Assisted Treatment Program (2015). Evaluated and made recommendations on proposals from community and state agencies.

Held several roles on different SAMHSA contracts: managed the task order, Faith and Community Partners Initiative; led a team on the Technical Assistance for Knowledge Development and Application and Specified Demonstration Programs (KDA) contract; and, managed the subcontract, Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH). Training and Technical Assistance• Planned TA events and workshops and plenaries for annual grantee meetings for faith- and community-based organizations and Pregnant and Postpartum Women Program and Targeted Capacity Expansion Program grantees.• Reviewed and approved grantee TA requests, identified appropriate consultants, and developed consultant assignments of work (AOW).
