But the first time I walked into my college computer center and ran my first program, I was hooked on technology. I started my career in product development and am named on 6 patents. As technology evolved and products had to be integrated with one another, I moved more towards classic IT. What my product development background has instilled in me is a strong customer focus, the ability to innovate, and the need to look at each enhancement in terms of a cost / benefit analysis. I have an exceptional record of leading teams of hardware and software professionals and have been coined a Subject Matter Expert in technical compliance and security.I am a collaborative, highly inspirational executive who adds value by: • Eliminating nearly $1M in upfront X-Ray capital expenditures for end-of-life hardware and software by implementing a SaaS-based solution, providing security as well as easy access to images by providers, supervising physicians, and medical records. • Slashing overtime costs by building out the IT team to support the evolving needs of the business, including creating new position descriptions, hiring new team members, and realigning staff based on specific strengths. • Improving security, stability, and scalability by designing and implementing a new infrastructure across 63 clinics, working with operations and vendor partners to create the network providing high-availability internet connectivity, Microsoft 365 for a domain with and Azure active directory, and multi-layered endpoint security.
