Bringing out the best in others and constant self-improvement are two themes running through my life. I'm a passionate and dedicated educator who believes strongly that attitude is altitude - a philosophy which I constantly infuse into my lessons. When I teach, I grow with my students as I learn and research on how to enhance my teaching.Learning has to be made relevant to have a lasting impact: I strive to provide experiential learning experiences that are concrete, multi-sensory and engaging. I enjoy using my creativity and resourcefulness to break beyond traditional teaching and learning methods. Another of my core beliefs is to integrate technology and other 21st century competencies into my teaching. Special education aside, I am highly passionate about languages and psychology. I possess strong copy-editing skills and translation skills (English, Chinese and French). I believe that a sound understanding of human motivation, developmental psychology and languages is beneficial in many contexts. For more information on my freelancing services, see: https://leexinying.com/
