I was the operations manager of the well-known barbeque chain. I performed duties in both the front and back of the house. I oversaw all financials, and money management. I created accountability systems to ensure proper operations of the restaurant and to optimize and ensure accuracy. Together with my assistant manager, we created a better inventory system and lowered the overall cost of inventory significantly.
