During the project, Chris interviewed key leaders and workers to understand the general core of how the Supply Chain department operated. Even though there were language barriers at times, Chris went out of his way to collect the data needed for this project. Chris's biggest contribution to the project, however, was creating a "matrix" that details which process and procedure overlaps and applies to which department and management group as opposed to having a general table of content; this was not an easy task to accomplish, it was not asked for him to do it, and it modernized the way the company can access the SOP's easily. For this reason, I recommended him to the Senior Web Developer in our E-Commerce department to extend his welcome at FAM Brands once his internship ended with me. Since then, Chris was taken under their wing and has been an important asset in that side of business that is more closely related to his field of study. Without hesitation, I recommend Chris as an outstanding employee that is gifted in analyzing and designing pragmatic and efficient solutions that add value to the project when executed."
