The Objective of the Provincial Management Adviser positions is to assist the PDAFF Director to implement the Provincial Sub-Programme including preparation of the annual Programme Budget, preparation of the AWPB, coordination the implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. Key results of the Advisor’s ensure that (1) annual program budgeting to submit to MAFF on time; (2) Provincial AWPB to be completed on time; (3) Provincial AWPB fully implemented, (4) MIS data entered in a complete and timely manner, (4) Make sure the key actors in Business Cluster formed, operated and functional (5) Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the performance of other clients, especially contractors and (6) Quarterly, six-month and annual reports submitted complete and on time.

Accelerating Inclusive Market for Smallholders (AIMS)

- Oversees and manages the provincial offices- Coordinate administrative support to the project teams- Provide supports to Credit Officer to actively perform their job- Regular monitor and provide constructive feedback, coaching, mentoring, to help the staff improve their capacity and performance- Participate in meetings with government at the national and provincial levels, and all relevant actors- Develop a project plan, ensure its smooth implementation of project tasks and activities that may include, but are not limited to: - Construction of water wells or boreholes. - Implementation of latrines or other sanitation facilities. - Hygiene promotion and education. - Carrying out of assessments and post-implementation monitoring. - Conduct survey and select location. - Monitoring of contractor work. - Ensure appropriate design, construction and implementation of WASH hardware according to technical standards, as well as proper maintenance and use of WASH equipment.- Liaise with donors - Doing completion report and submit to donors- Prepared monthly, quarterly and annually budget expense- Manage the project budget through the passing of timely orders, the preparation of monthly forecasts and the monitoring of expenditure.- Procurement activities. - Develop and ensure the use of appropriate techniques and materials for hygiene promotion and training.- Track the progress of activities, ensure the collecting of project indicators and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports.- Identify and monitor risks, constraints or escalating issues, and inform the hierarchy accordingly.- Undertake other duties as necessary to support the activities of MAC, as and when required by line manager

• Assisting the Monitoring Team Leader to plan and implement monitoring works effectively• Preparing plan for checking with distributors and retailers at field• Collecting stove data from producers, distributors, and retailers• Collecting information from improved cook stoves users in collaboration with hundreds of families in urban settlements and for sure also reach each target area• Regular entry data from the field into the data base and produce weekly and monthly reports• Make sure that the data is correctly and keep accuracy all the time, especially between producers, whole sellers, distributors, and other relevant requirement units• In carrying-out the commercialization and to assure the commercialization reaches the target properly• Considering the importance to have information from the improved cook stove users, as well as from the producers, distributors and retailers in regular basis• Coordinating and facilitating such as Household Economic Security (HES), Health and Sponsorship works• Coordinating PRA tools for data collection• Conducting survey with the authorities to select target group • Conducting stove supply chain mapping and Economic analysis• Regular follow up and monitor on activities that has in village (target area) by GERES Cambodia and coordinated all schedules for monitoring, Prepare progress and completions reports of quarterly monthly and work plan.
